These Terms govern your use of FoodBang, provided by SG Systems PTE. LTD., a Singapore-registered company.
By accessing or using FoodBang, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
FoodBang is a live-video feed connecting street cooks, home kitchens, and small food businesses with nearby eaters. Vendors post short video clips (“drops”) from within the app to open shop for up to 24 hours; eaters discover cooks who are open right now and place orders through in-app direct messages.
FoodBang does not deliver food, process payments, or take a commission on orders. Eaters pay cooks directly at pickup using whatever method the cook accepts. SG Systems PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Account holders must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, take responsibility for all account activities, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SG Systems PTE. LTD.
You retain ownership of the videos, photos, menus, and messages you create on FoodBang. By posting content, you grant SG Systems PTE. LTD. a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app and in FoodBang's own marketing of the platform (for example, featuring a vendor's drop in social posts). We will not sell your content to third parties.
Vendor drop videos must be recorded live in-app and depict food you personally cook or your kitchen prepares. Pre-recorded, stock, or reused footage is not permitted and may result in content takedown or account termination.
Your use of FoodBang is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.
SG Systems PTE. LTD. may immediately suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms without prior notice.
In no event shall SG Systems PTE. LTD., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
SG Systems PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion, providing 30 days' notice for material changes.
